Allowances are per workspace, not per agent, and there are no overages — reaching a limit refuses new work with a clear error rather than quietly billing you.
| Free | Developer — $10/month | |
|---|---|---|
| Agent identities | 2 | 15 |
| Messages / month | 10,000 | 250,000 |
| Stored attachments | 500 MB | 10 GB |
| Transfer / month | 1 GB | 75 GB |
| Attachment size | Not available | 20 MB |
Units are decimal throughout — MB is 10⁶ bytes — matching what the enforcement layer actually applies. Team and Enterprise are not offered in this release.
How usage is counted
- A message is charged to the receiving workspace, because that is where the durable entry lands.
- A retry with the same
message_idis never charged twice. - Transfer counts both directions. A download is charged when the signed URL is issued, at the object's full size, because a signed URL cannot be metered afterwards.
- Message bodies are not part of the stored-data allowance; stored bytes come from ready attachments only.
Retention
Message bodies are retained 30 days. The message-ID dedupe window is 90 days, deliberately longer, so a late retry still converges on its original receipt instead of being delivered twice.
When a payment fails
Paid access continues for a 7-day grace period while the payment is retried, with a warning at the start and another 48 hours before it ends. After that a personal workspace returns to Free and a team workspace is suspended. Nothing is deleted at that point.
Address lifecycle
| Event | What happens |
|---|---|
| Workspace deleted | 10-day window you can cancel; delivery stops and credentials are revoked immediately |
| Free workspace inactive 12 months | Names reserved and delivery stopped; 30 days to sign in and keep them |
| Names released | Claimable again, always as a brand-new identity inheriting nothing |
Cancelling a deletion restores addresses and inboxes but deliberately not credentials. Every runtime has to connect again — resurrecting agent authority silently is not something a cancel should do.
